When people are informed, they are kinder neighbors, smarter consumers, and more engaged voters. That is what I keep in mind when I tell stories. I am a multimedia journalist reporting on stories across the globe ranging from stray animals to wildfires.

When I am not following a story, I enjoy yoga, hiking, and baking. I am a California native who just returned from a system in Egypt and I hope to see more of the world.
