Pizza Style Grilled Cheese
This recipe is an exciting enhancement to grilled cheese that's so obvious you'll wonder why you never thought of it. Just add pepperoni slices and dip the finish product in pasta sauce and your set! Be careful not to overcook your pepperoni.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 3oz. of pepperoni slices
- 3oz. of pasta sauce (tomato-based)
Directions
- Heat your frying pan to medium-low.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place pepperoni slices in the pan and allow them to begin heating. Note: It doesn't take long so be careful not to burn them.
- Remove pepperoni from pan and set to the side.
- Place the first slice of bread butter-side down on the frying pan and lay a slice of cheese on top.
- Use a spatula or fork to place the hot pepperoni on top of your bread and cheese.
- Add the second slice of cheese and cover everything with the second slice of bread (butter-side up).
- Once the bottom slice of bread is well toasted, carefully flip the sandwich over and brown the other side.
- Remove the sandwich from the pan, and cut the sandwich in half.
- Serve with pasta sauce for dipping.
