Matthew Wotus

I am a 23-year-old graduate student pursuing my M.A. in Interactive Media at Elon University. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017 with a B.A. in Media and Journalism and a minor in Anthropology. After graduation, I was an editorial intern with Cox Media Group in Washington, D.C., and then an intern with CNN Digital News in Atlanta.

I’m excited to be learning the skills being taught in my graduate program, especially mobile application design, web development and graphic design. By having these technical skills, I hope to help shape the future of the fields I’m passionate about, which include the environment, healthcare and politics.
