This fall, Elon University welcomed its first female president, Dr. Connie Book. I have not only been lucky enough to witness a presidential inauguration in my time at college, I was also asked to design the graphics for President Book's inaugural ball. Because the theme of the event was black and white, I took 1920s graphic elements as my inspiration. Because a little party never killed nobody!
